Ricardo A. Garcia

Ricardo A. Garcia became a lawyer because he cares about the rights of the injured, and making sure justice is on their side. He has been recognized by his peers and was appointed by the Mexican Consulate to represent Mexican citizens in the United States.
After receiving his B.S. from the University of Michigan in 1979, he entered St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he earned his JD and was admitted to the Bar in 1982. Mr. Garcia has handled a variety of cases against companies and individuals both nationally and in Texas. He is recognized by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a Board Certified Personal Injury Specialist, a distinction achieved by fewer than 3% of lawyers practicing in Texas.

Mr. Garcia is a native of McAllen, Texas, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
