Lino H. Ochoa

Before working at Garcia & Karam, L.L.P., Lino H. Ochoa was a named partner with a McAllen defense firm in which he focused on mass tort, construction, insurance and general liability litigation. Prior to that Mr. Ochoa was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Donald R. Sharp, Former Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Ochoa received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996. He was admitted to the Bar in 1996.

Mr. Ochoa has served and/or is serving on the following boards or organizations:

  • State Bar of Texas District 12B Grievance Committee
  • Texas Trial Lawyers Association
  • Hidalgo County Young Lawyers (Director 1999-2004)
  • Hidalgo County Bar

Mr. Ochoa is married and lives in Mission, Texas.
